At RateChase Mortgage, our goal is to attract lifetime clients.  This will certainly not be accomplished with hidden fees and extra costs at closing.  While certain fees such as title fees, appraisal fees, and insurance premiums are out of our control, the lender fees are not.

Our guarantee is that the lender fees on the original Good Faith Estimate you are provided will match the lender fees at the closing table or we will pay the difference.

Lender fees are found in Section 800 of all Good Faith Estimates.  Fees may change between the presentation of the original Good Faith Estimate and the closing table only at the borrower's request or when the structure of the loan changes.  Should the borrower decide to change loan programs, pay discount points, waive escrows, etc., a new Good Faith Estimate will be provided and the guarantee will then apply to the most recent Good Faith Estimate.
